Due to ongoing offshore projects within the Asia Pacific Region, our client which is a leading and major Oil & Gas operator with global operations, is looking for an experienced Platform Installation Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage the development of the facility's annual production and maintenance plansResponsible for the deployment of HSE and management systems for offshore operationsPrepare annual work program and budget for offshore operationsEnsure Implementation and maintain the latest procedure in the Facility Management SystemIdentify and address non-compliance with the HSE and FMS Motivate and ensure participation of employees and contractors in the management of safetyAppraisals of all personnel are conducted on a regular basis, training needs and requirements are analyzed and coordinated with training coordinator to fulfillEnsure that lines of reporting and communications on board are adhered to and co-operation between all departments and personnel on the FacilityCollaborate with FSO contractor and Drilling contractor to achieve production and HSE goals
Requirements
Degree in engineering or related educational qualifications with OIM legislation certificateAt least 15 years experience in an offshore oil and gas industry with least 5 years experience in a OIM roleSignificant experience working as an OIM on board platforms is a mustSafety management systems and certified in Management of Major Emergencies experience is preferredCandidates with experience working Offshore Vietnam will be highly regardedCandidates with lesser experience will be considered as
